Our beautiful feathered friends

I love these beautiful geese and just a few days ago i fed all 60 of them and hand fed some of that same group that were gathered @ a pond away from the busy roads. I literally hand feed some of them @ least once a week. They know and love me as i do them. Not long ago i bet there were 100 of them @ the pond @ the corner of 90 & Pedrick. On one occasion we were going home down Pedrick and i saw some crossing the road. I stopped near them and positioned my car across the road to block traffic to allow them to cross safely. If you see geese near a road please try to protect them by slowing down or get out and try to scare them away from the road. We don't want to see them hurt. I literally drive around to try to find them if they are not where i think they are. It's a hobby of mine and it's so relaxing to feed them and i know they love it as much as i do. Let's continue to treat them with kindness so our feathered friends will know how much we cherish them.
