Most of us have (or will) experience dreams or nightmares that stay with us through our lives. However, most of us do not have
the background of J.A.Hadfield (who studied at Oxford, did research work in the areas of anthropology and psychology, took a degree in medicine at Edinburgh University with a view to towards the treatment of nervous disorders. I think you could say when Dr. Hadfield wrote his distinguished book on Dreams and nightmares - he indeed knew what he was talking about.

Likewise, with Freud and Jung - a very scientific study of dreams. Then again we have numerous writers who seem to think they have the correct information available to interpret dreams. Some writers have provided us with a bit of an insight while others likely wrote a book to make a buck.

Dreams may of course be prophetic and dreams may well be connected to the current state of our physical and mental and
spiritual health. A certain dream might be an inspiration. And another dream might be associated with wisdom.

Then again, perhaps your very own guess and hunch may give you the real answer to your dream - without having to purchase a glossy book that may not help you at all. Save your money.
