How about clearing out your psychological cupboard.  Every now and then we need to get rid of surplus thoughts.  There are many ways to do this.  One simple methods is to wash your self with clean water only and imagine that as purging all your excess thoughts.  Just let it get washed away down the plug hole and disperse to whereever it goes.  Feel refreshed and free from unwanted thought clutter. 

With today's life in such chaos we need to do this once in a while to allow some space within our minds and thus prevent an overload of thoughts.
