What do I want? Hmm…
Do you know what you want? Do you wake up every morning fresh, excited and raring to go? Or would you rather roll back over and hide under the covers? 
Yep.  Me too.   Some days, I’d really rather just stay in the safe, comfortable warmth of my cozy bed.   But it doesn’t have to be that way. Try this; when you wake, spend 5 minutes with your eyes closed, imagining and focusing upon what you want for this day. Be especially clear on how you want to feel. Once you’ve got 2 or 3 things clearly in mind, remind yourself of what you can and will be doing today that will bring these feelings to you, (for example, I want to lose weight so I feel sexier and healthy.  I imagine myself eating healthy and working out, and I feel fantastic about it! OR, I want a better relationship so I feel loved and respected. I imagine what I can do today to feel better by loving and respecting myself).  
Got some things in mind? Good, now get up and get to it!
Don’t be a victim to this day! Don’t let it unfold by random chance, hoping it goes well for you! Make this day what you want it to be. It’s so much more fun this way!
