Very few people get the proper amount of sleep, so they pump caffeine pills, shots, and/or several cups of coffee in them just to get the fuel they so desperately require. They become energetic and ready for the day, (or from 8am to 1pm at least) and after the thrill of caffeine pumping through your system, you quickly become tired, miserable, and left unable to do much.
Oversleeping is just as unhealthy as under sleeping, it basically does the same affect. Your body doesn’t want to wakeup after 10-11 hours of sleep, it’s gotten used of the sleep and is in shut down mode.
If the occasion does occur, which it is only natural to occur, I want to give you a suggestion. I know your worried about the sugar, milk, cream, ect in your coffee. So rush over to your nearest convenient store, and buy the new caffeine gum! Chew it for 5 minutes, spit it out, and pop in a new one. Each gum is a bit more than half the amount of caffeine in a normal cup of coffee, and the best part, 0 calories.
But, there's no need to get less or more than 8 hours of sleep. It’s the recommended amount of sleep, and plays a very important role in losing weight!
