Ahhh....sometimes I think it's easier to work my muscles at the gym, then my attitude.  But, I can do it.

This life change is not all about my looks & weight, but about who I am...inside & out.

Personally, I think that I have some great qualities, and I'm not even close to hating myself (no worries).  But, there are always things in people's lives that can be bettered.  My life is no different.

Doing this quest...this blogging...it may seem like I'm only pointing out my faults & harping on them.  But, what I'm DESIRING to do is to show people that it's okay to know your faults, as long as you're willing to work on them.

Life isn't about everyone else around you changing (though it would be nice...ha ha), but about you dealing with change in a healthy way.

Easier said than done...BUT it can be done :o)
