Ha ha ha....

Today I did 6.5miiles of cardio, as well as a complete ab workout.

I can tell that I am getting stronger...both my body & my will...but, I certainly am tired tonight! 

Starting yesterday, I bumped up my cardio workout to 45 minutes, instead of 20.  I am really wanting to push myself to see what I'm capable of.  I know that 20 minutes isn't a big deal anymore, so I up'd it. So far, so good.

I am a bit sore tonight, and wiped out!  Guess after having a week off from being sick, my body is telling me that it enjoyed it's rest :o)

But, I'm still plugging away. 

I've also noticed that my abs are getting stronger.  One exercise (in particular) used to KILL me...I could barely do 10 reps.  Tonight, I did 2 sets of 25....50 of the same exercise that I could barely do 10 of before!  Yay!

I'm not seeing a whole lot of sculpting results yet, but I can feel a difference in my endurance & that's promising!
