so i am almost through the first week of rest of my life. i must say seeing as though i started this in november, i didn't think i would ever be that sore again....boy was i wrong. i took a couple of weeks off and here i am at day 4, still sore from day 1. LOL!!!
i must say this, i feel great and my body wants to do the work. even in my sorest hour, i still fight to make my classes and get to the gym. i know some people say you don't have to go to a gym to workout and that is true, but from experience, the feeling you get from getting ready, going, sweating, hurting, and surviving what you think is the worst day of your life..is the best feeling in the world. you get all this natural energy too that you can't buy in a bottle. THAT'S A FACT :)
so until monday when i weigh in on my "weigh" in, keep moving and keep losing.
