This is my boiled intention to change myself more happy, focussed, managed and effective. To know that we changed, we need to understand what we are right now. Right now my happy avatar is confused, aimless and thus not organized and effective. It is taking what ever is coming to its way with out knowing its mission for life. Here are the aspects where my Happy Avatar needs to improve: 1. Focus and concentration: I cant do a task to completion. I loose concentration and thus leave important tasks for later. Made many attempts to change before but was not able to make it long. 2. Procrastination: Delaying things for later 3. Body Fitness: Always dreamed of having a good body shape. But no organised time spent on it. These are the three areas my Happy Avatar is going to see in the coming new year. Good Habits are building blocks to Good Life. But habits are the most toughest things to make and break.
