It is still true today, but a hard thing to do in these times.

But that doesn't mean it is not important. After all, if you don't take the time to know yourself, who will? And if you don't know yourself, how do you know what you really want out of life? If each one of us looked inward just a little bit it would make a big difference. The way the times are makes it even more imperative that we look at ourselves instead of pointing the finger else where. Take care

You are a very good writer, great blog. I have allowed what others say about me weight too much on my brain for a very long time, and the day I set that free, I feel like a new person, life is good.
Those that feel the need to talk about others to other people (gossip) usually do that because they are not happy with their own life. Happy people are too busy being happy to waste an ounce of their day talking badly of someone else. I try my best to stay away from negative unhappy people, and seek out positive people as often as I can. You have a choice who you spend your time with. Great blog, God Bless You!

I am not a professional psychologist. I have done tons of work on myself and I want to share with you what has changed me, and allowed me to be myself. Thank you for sharing. You made positive changes and you feel lighter. I feel happy in my heart for you. And what you said is true. If you choose positive interactions, you create more positive energy in the world. Keep on the positive path! Life is good!!
