It is hard and at times it feels like the darkness will never end, but I promise there is a light at the end of the tunnel. It may seem dim at times but it is there. It was so hard for me to get out of that area in my life. Take it one day at a time. Figure out what is bothering you the most and work on that first. One problem at a time and you will find that you are climbing your way out of the deep darkness you are in.<br/><br/>
