Those feeling lost and alone in hopeless situations must know that your circumstances WILL change, the adversities you have to deal with WILL change. Don't ever look at life as the end. As bad as you feel inside, and life can take you to some reallllll lows.
Don't give up! If you feel so lost that you can't help yourself, believe that there is someone out there that can and WILL help you.
As long as you seek help from others, your situation WILL change.
I believe a lot of times adversity is the stepping stones to get where we're going. If you stop in the middle of the journey, you prevent getting to the joy and love that is to come in your life.

Finding Strength you have shown this in all of your posts, how far you have come. All the adversities you have had to overcome, and never giving up is so inspiring.

This was an excellent post and I think the most important part of it was this line... it all comes down to making the decision to change.

I think that is so key to every bad situation in life. My vice is smoking and I have been trying to quit for years and I keep getting mad at not being able to quit, blaming it on the addictive qualities of cigarettes and other nonsense, but the fact of the matter is that I have NEVER truly made the decision to quit. However, making the decision, as simple as it sounds, takes great strength and courage, and with all that you have had to overcome I hope you take a few moments every now and then to recognize how strong and brave you are. Congratulations on all your successes!
