I was just browsing your blogs as I haven't for quite a long time, and when I read this one I just thought:  why don't you try to avoid eating red meat and try out gluten free bread?  You seem to know the triggers ... why not make the changes to get well again?  I follow a gluten free diet because of digestive issues.  It's not hard and I sure feel good.  If you know what you have to do to feel better, go ahead and make the changes.  What's stopping you?<br/><br/>
