very well in life, became a respected memember of the Edmonton Eskimo Football team and went on to a high position with Government, yet there were times in the l940's and l950's when Kwong encountered some prejudice. No problem, he worked right past those who made some rude comments and became successful. And with changing times - we all need to show respect towards the newcomers. A small sign sits in our bathroom which reads: The good Lord prefers common looking people - thats why he made so many of them. And fact is, we need to share a common bond, and be a friend to all those who inhabit this small and precious earth. We need not be a bully like the leader of North Korea. We need not be less than what
we were meant to be. Best of the Season.
