(article by writer Misty Harris) Misty writes....According to the Canadian
Fitness and Lifestyle Research Institute, fully half of the population is 
considered Sedantary, while only one quarter of adults are classified as 
being active on a regular basis...

So there is no quick fix. But we all should start and continue on some sort
of regular routine.  This is our body, this is our life...<br/><br/>
