but sometimes a Helicopter (Bell Jet Ranger). Amazing, each aerial shoot often involved similar but different perspective. Each flight
was similar but different. And yes, our journey continues, we look and
see and try to analyze what we find. Maybe we should just look and see and leave the rest to father time.

And going forward from that different prospective is so much fun. Thanks for the response and insight.

As a hypnotherapist, one of the things I do with almost every client is to help them see their patterns, and that is exactly what you are doing. We make the same choices, over and over again, based on the same beliefs, and then wonder why we never get a different outcome. It is only when you start to examine your patterns and figure out what unhealthy belief it is based on that you can begin to believe something new, something healthy. We do have the ability to choose what we believe about ourselves, no one else has the right to do that for us! You sound like you are definitely in the right track!

Thank you for the work you do in helping people. Over and over we need to examine those beliefs that we are filtering our lives with, yet not even aware they exist. For me it is my lifelong journey without a destination that says I am finished. Sometimes it is the right track and sometimes I am blinded by my own belief that I have figured it out. Thank you for your insight.

It is just what I needed to hear. I believe that WE have to change our lives or it does become mundane. I think if we don't change and explore more avenues in life and try different things, it will seem like you're living one year forty times. vs. living 40 different years. Thanks for the eye opener Anita.
