It turns out there was a great deal of neglect from staff but once the reporter indicated an article was about to be published, my my - how things changed. Is that the way it has to be? And you are right Old Soul - it makes you wonder if there are two sets  of rules, one for the patient and another set for the staff?? ANd Doris, your comments about the old being vulnerable, so true...<br/><br/>

it seems; the innocent seniors are put in a compromising position and especially when they are old and vulnerable as where the criminals 
are catered to; yes, i agree, "Old Soul",  who does make the rules??
Is it a better world for it ??? ......<br/><br/>
