I think this is one of the most important realizations a person can have. To understand that you decide everything in your life, and if you aren't deciding, than who is? The news, the media, your boss, your spouse, your kids? Is fear making your decisions? Maybe it's the music you listen to all day that puts you in a bad mood? Everything you see, hear, smell, touch, taste influences how you act. 

I'm sure there's a book written on this topic, like "How to be Conscious of Your Life."

Thanks Anita, for reminding to be aware of what really motivates me!<br/><br/>
