When I feel uncomfortable with something I just did, wrote, said, instead of hiding, I say that quick meditation in mind, sometimes out loud if no one else is around, and I am healed. The point is, sometimes when you write, it will suck. But who cares, you are not meant to be perfect. Every word and sentence you say is not perfect, however, as long as you totally and complete accept yourself, than it is okay to make mistakes, to be inarticulate, to mess up. Because guess what, you have to let yourself be you, which means sometimes you will be stupid, but if you suppress everything in order to avoid feeling inadequate, you are also going to miss the 90% of you that is great.
