Much better to go with the breeze, imo, then to get pushed and pulled by bucking horses.<br/><br/>

One I really like is to imagine hitting baseballs, golf balls etc. (one client of mine liked to imagine chopping blocks of wood!)  These kinds work a bit better if you don't know all of what is troubling you, that way you can just hit as many balls as you need to, until you start to feel the release.
