To me it cures all. There is an old adage " The best things in life are free" and your blog just explained that perfectly.

Going for a walk on a nice day
Watching a sunrise/sunset
Sitting on a park bench watching the squirrels
Early morning listening to the birds chirp
Seeing a rainbow after the rain
The purity of a fresh snow fall
Walking through the crunchy fall leaves
The incredible picture of a row of trees in all fall colors
The smell of a summer rain shower
Being on the beach, watching the waves, and reading a book
Taking a canoe ride enjoying the silence of nature
Experiencing the beautiful snow capped mountains
And the list goes on

Life is never boring when you open your eyes to nature

In fact, I dare say I NEED to be outside! That is one of the ways I fill up, connect and find my peace. Nature is absolutely beautiful! Thank you!
