Some people never change~Like a leopard never changes its spots!!!All we can do is *Do our part and *Try to help keep things cleaned up~ but that is just a natural thing.... I think spring always makes everything look dirty but `~ give nature time to get the grass green and trees budding and everything around you will look better~

I hate litter.

Were I live we have an Adopt-a-Street program were you are responsible for cleaning up your street. At both ends of my street I had to confront the business owners for not taking responsibility for containing their garbage. They would say it wasn't theirs, so I would have to point out what it was and they couldn't deny it anymore. They then took responsibility and the garbage and the problem wasn't so bad.

Why do people not care? Do they really think is up to someone else to pick it up?
