I'm not exposed to that myself where I live, but it made me think of areas that are like that, and how important it is for people to take a stand and help to clean it up.

This is very well said. I was there and saw the mess that people, most likely from the neighborhood had left. In behind the fancy houses where there is a beautiful natural cathedral of trees that deer, beaver and maybe endangered Pacific Water Shrew call home, there is also closest to the houses mainly, an incredible amount of garbage. Lots of plastic, broken toys, paint buckets... well I am from Bridgeview and appreciate the natural environment we have left... they are cutting down our trees, blocking us from the River, and some of us are fighting back to preserve it for our children. Hopefully the people in Fraser Heights will wake up and figure out what is their back yard before it is too late and all that is there is a four lane trucking freeway with thousands of trucks roaring by belching diesel particulate, poisoning people, creating health problems and killing the timid deer, industrious beavers, rollicking racoons etc that we have seen there, that now call that area home.
