And, I miss that, but I DO love feeling more awake during the day.

And yes...it was tested at the University of Chicago, I believe.  They actually drew people's blood & tested for the hormone levels.  Very interesting stuff.<br/><br/>

But good for you getting to bed early.

I am also a night owl, I hate going to sleep, it's such a waste of time. You get drawn in so many directions all day, I always found that  late night is "me" time. 

Interesting that it really effects your weight.  I reallly try to go to bed early, I do I do.  Occasionally I do, and I love when I get up early, I get so much more done in a day. I guess I have to try harder, since it's 12:48 and I am going to sit, relax, and read a magazine.<br/><br/>
