Thank you so much!  I love reading your responses...the meatloaf & quarter pounder remarks were awesome & made me smile :o)

My friend Lori had lost 100 pounds doing weight watchers & martial arts.  When she finally reached the 100 pound mark, she went to the grocery store & loaded up a cart with 100 pounds of butter.  Then she stood beside it & took the photo.  What a visual!  

Inch by inch, it's a cinch...mile by mile, it's a trial :o)  Let's keep up the good work!  We can do it :o)

That's FOUR  2 lb. Meatloaves, and FOUR ¼ pound Burgers!

I haven't gone on the scale, my clothes are not big yet, but let's face reality, I have outgrown them over a year ago, so yes the tightness has lessened Ü, I don't turn blue anymore the first hour I have them on.  Stretch jeans, gotta love them. 

I have to look at the positives: I feel good, I have remained committed to myself. Except for that St. Joseph's Cannoli Pastry, 
buuut buuut it was a religious thing dontcha know Ü and it is Lent and all. . . 

I don't eat bad food anymore, only healthy.  Snacks are yogurt, apples, light mini baby belle cheese

I exercise at least 3 times a week

My workouts are harder and more intense, I'm on the treadmill for at least an hour, but the best part is I'm running more, turning it up, which is key.  I'm showing up, and I'm turning it up all good. 

I drink plenty of fluids, eat more fiber, go to bed hungry (this is huge)

What I think is absolutely wonderful, is The Dr. Oz show, everyday he has someone on his show that is struggling with being overweight.

Kudos Dr. Oz! I think of all the people he is touching, everyday.  Everyday someone is tuning in and getting on the track of losing weight and getting healthy because of him. 

I think too, it's a daily helpful reminder of what unhealthy eating is doing to your body.  Hearing it everyday, repeatedly, great tool. What most talk shows do the month of January,  Dr. Oz has carried through all year. Wonderful thing.<br/><br/>
