How we humans do violence to each other by judging each other. We receive rejection and judgmental messages from others all the time and we internalize these messages. In my life coaching practice, I have found that self-acceptance is a big topic too. When we discover that our Creator loves us even though we aren't perfect, we can relax.<br/><br/>

I believe my clarity and "groundedness" (yeah -- no voo-doo LOL) about how healing actually occurs comes from how hurt and devastated I once was, and how I had to lovingly and patiently over many years nurture a tiny remnant of life into a bright and healthy flame. So when I write I remember the ordeal of my own suffering -- and the joy of my liberation! -- and do my best to be clear and encouraging so that others can set themselves free.<br/><br/>
