I can stand up for this, without passing judgment allow me to say that I have spent a few years in prison due to some foolish decisions I have made. Not that I am A bad person, I just made some poor choices in my past. It wasn't until I was stuck in in a bad place that I wanted to find happiness, I kept my face in self-help and motivational books and in doing this I was able to find something within myself that I was not aware of. Today I know that happiness does not exist outside my body, it is an inner source. Although there is little things of sentimental meaning that create spark, engulphing my happiness into extreme flames of utter exuberance. 1(530)209-1470 My cell #

One of my favorite quotes from the Lord of the Rings is this: "All who wander are not lost!" My husband and I have young adult children who have also made some poor choices. They are now starting to return. My daily prayer for them is that they will find inner peace through a strong relationship with God. Thank you again for your comment.

It’s about recognizing what is really important in life. In the end, it is the small and ordinary thing that brings us extraordinary pleasure and satisfaction."

Wonderful blog as all your blogs are, I have enjoyed reading them all, you are a wonderful writer Coach Theresa.

I really loved the above quote, as it often baffles the mind, people search for more when happiness is found in the little ordinary things; like making fresh blueberry jam for you toast, or watching a bird bring food to his nest, bringing a sick neighbor soup. . .doesn't get anymore ordinary than that. Thanks for sharing your wisdom.
