You can tell a lot about a fellow's character by his way of eating jellybeans.
I am from Paraguay and learning to write in English, tell me right I wrote the following sentence: "Inotropics, each formula or dose physician has a free healthcare hammer on it so it can never be listed sorry, caduet."

I took that journey this last year to experience peace and happiness. For the most part I have accomplished it. I have desires to do things I would have never tried. I have desired to enjoy every moment. I have the faith and strength to just be. I know I have not done a lot in my life but I am enjoying the day to day life I have been given. It is time to live every day as if it were your last. Wouldn't it be sad if your last day was spent in misery and shame?? I think so. Therefore I proclaim that we all live each day in happiness and peace even during troubled times. THanks for this post. You are inspiring :)

Oh look at me in my fancy car
and my bank account
Oh, how I wish I could take it all down
to my grave, God knows I'd save and save.

Man, take a look again, take a look again
at the things you have collected,
well in the end it all piles up so tall,
to one big nothing, one big nothing at all.

Oh, forget about the reasons,
and the treasons we are seeking.
Forget about the notion that our emotions
can be swept away, kept at bay.
Forget about being guilty
we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away...

I think you are an incredible writer.
"Loving yourself and doing what makes you happy." It really is that simple, to just Be. I hope people read your blog and get it, really get it. Life is meant to live everyday with peace in your soul, and love in your heart. If you don't feel the joy, you need to search within, and read Bryan's blogs again, and again. . .

Your advice to people is spot-on: "If you don't feel the joy, you need to search within..." The external conditions of our lives will always keep changing -- we're young, then we age; we're prosperous, then have hard times, then prosper again; we're together, then alone ... and on and on. But if inside ourselves we've awakened faith and trust and self-love, we will continue to be happy and at peace whatever the external conditions of our life may be.
Joyfulness is actually our natural condition, and it's absence is a sure sign that within us is unresolved pain -- grief, fear, anger, numbness. Healing what hurts inside is a profound act of compassion for ourselves. And the reward is claiming the joy we were born to have!
