I think this law is insulting to New Yorkers. If I lived there I would resent that.  If you listen to the news, it reports all the bad that is happening in NY but they never tell you about the good people do daily.  It's refreshing to come here everyday to be reminded that the world really is a good place, with a lot of good people, doing good for others.<br/><br/>
