Being so busy but taking the focus off of yourself is a great lesson, we make ourselves believe that we don't have time to help others,  but there is a way, we just need to make the time for it.  Good for you for searching beyond yourself, which in the long run will make you feel better about asking for help.<br/><br/>

And also, I think instead of feeling overwhelmed watching your friends kids you felt really good about yourself because you helped your friend out. It's funny how when we always look out for our own needs we feel overwhelmed, but when we help others we feel free. Great story!<br/><br/>
