The time they are out is a special time for some, especially with the economy the way it is with money being tight.  To have bad service, or a waitress with an attitude is so disheartening. Maggie B you were making a good point on how to deal with an unhappy customer, and really it can be applied to people in general.  But for any waiters or waitresses out there, I suggest to treat everyone like it's there one and only time to dine, I bet your tips will sky rocket.<br/><br/>
