They say that life is - what happens when we are having fun - and it is also said there are people who" 1-make things happen, 2 - watch things happen and 3-those who shrug their shoulders and say, what happened?

Sometimes something happens in a lifetime that causes a person to make a series of changes. The change may simply be a move to a new residence, change may be adapting to a physical or mental disorder. Change may mean taking a course, going on a cruise, doing something you simply had never done before or tried to do. In other words, change comes in many shapes and sizes. Change is sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse. But its inevitable that in our lifetime we go through a series of changes that impact on the way we look at life, how we think, what we believe and what we decide to do or not to do. Nonetheless, change is all around us, like the seasons, like the morning breeze. Subtle. Sometimes fast. Sometimes slow. But change nonetheless... Just as we change our wardrobe or hairstyle, there is change all around us. The real challenge is how we elect to deal with change, whether we wish to accept change or not. As much as we wish things, anything, to stay the same - in reality, its always different. Have you ever noticed that when you go on a vacation to the same place it is quite noticeable that change has taken place. Perhaps change of management. Perhaps mother nature decided to make some changes. Perhaps the kids are older and respond differently to that favorite vacation spot. When you feel the urgent need to change some things in your life, perhaps that is the ideal time to begin. Slowly. Methodical. And hopefully positive and practical change and understanding the reason for the need of change. And when you look back at how perhaps you were able to overcome a problem or habit, the process of change offers rewards and those rewards often the simple realization that we all have within us - the power to change...
