When I cut open a rock, i look for the pictures that Mother Nature leaves indside. I cut it out, and start putting the frame around it, which are pieces of rocks. Each Intarsia piece i do has 18 to 29 pieces of rock in it. With our rock clubs, we try to preserve what nature has given us. Grateful for the opportunity to do so.
