First, let me explain the object in which is so important to my story. I go to the gym on a daily bases and never yet have I misplaced my gym pass, until last week.

Several days I spent, searching for it. Under my bed, in my drawers, in my pant pockets, under the couch, and everywhere else that dust collects. The hopes of finding my gym pass quickly got destroyed, and the $5.00 replacement fee looked to be in my future.

One night, at 7pm, I wanted to go to the gym, but I still had no hopes of finding the pass. So, I called the gym and asked if I could get some sort of a temporarily gym pass. They looked my name under the system, and responded, “Yeah sure, just bring something of value and will exchange at the end of the day.”

I was content, but kidding around, I pointed to a pair of binoculars, and suggested to my brother if the binoculars would be considered something of value. We both laughed. As I picked up the pair of binoculars, you would never believe what was laying underneath it, not collecting a trace of dust.

Yes! It was my gym pass!
